Description

Lead ServiceNow implementations focused on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). You will own the end-to-end delivery of SAM and HAM modules, ensuring accurate configuration, testing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow SAM and HAM modules, including custom coding, testing, and change support.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery, manage service mapping, CMDB, and CSDM frameworks to ensure data integrity.
• Manage software license compliance and execute the software reconciliation process.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using out-of-the-box features and custom development.
• Debug and resolve discovery issues and normalization errors to maintain smooth data flow.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM, specifically Service Mapping, CMDB, Discovery, and Orchestration.
• Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow SAM and HAM implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Software Asset Management life cycles and license compliance.
• Experience with discovery maps and the normalization process.
• Ability to enable various publisher packs within SAM and HAM.
• Proficiency with Web Services, APIs, and database-level integrations.
• Technical knowledge of XML, HTML, JavaScript, LDAP, VPN, and SSL.
• Experience working within a SaaS environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring ServiceNow SAM/HAM dashboards.
