Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ITAM and HAM modules, managing the full hardware and software asset lifecycle including discovery, compliance, license management, and retirement.
• Develop and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and actions specific to ITAM and HAM requirements.
• Configure integrations with third-party systems for data population and synchronization using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ensure compliance with software license and hardware asset policies through effective configuration and automation.
• Participate in peer reviews, technical validations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience in software development or IT service management.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM and HAM modules.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, business rules, and configuration.
• Experience building and managing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues related to ITAM and HAM.
• Experience documenting system configurations, release notes, and conducting knowledge transfers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Active ServiceNow certifications related to ITAM/HAM.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective module integration.
