Description

Manage end-to-end IT Asset Management and Inventory processes for software licenses, hardware, and service agreements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the asset lifecycle from acquisition to retirement, ensuring data quality and policy compliance.
• Standardize tracking processes for software asset licenses, hardware, and warranties.
• Develop foundational policies and procedures in collaboration with product leaders.
• Advise on upcoming RFPs for third-party implementation of ServiceNow HAM and SAM.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, value-driven solutions for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience.
• Deep understanding and certification in the ServiceNow ITAM suite.
• Proven experience successfully implementing ServiceNow HAM and SAM.
• Expertise in ServiceNow, SAM, and HAM.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience managing asset lifecycle processes and policy standardization.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience transitioning from legacy systems like Cherwell to ServiceNow.
