Description

You will lead IT Asset Management using SAM Pro and HAM Pro within a large, enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping to maintain accurate CI data and service maps.
• Configure and enhance the ServiceNow ITAM modular platform, including ITAM workspace, rules, and lifecycle flows.
• Develop and maintain SAM Pro configurations, handling automated asset data population and integration with SCCM/Jamf.
• Manage HAM Pro lifecycle processes, encompassing hardware models from request through reclaim/retire.
• Document all development and configuration details and prepare necessary training materials and runbooks.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years working with ServiceNow in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environment.
• 12–14 years total IT experience.
• Hands-on implementation experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Expertise in ITAM, specifically SAM Pro and HAM Pro (processes, normalization, workspaces).
• Good knowledge of software and hardware lifecycle workflows and ITAM best practices.
• Ability to script basic automated processes using JavaScript or Flow Designer.
• Mandatory ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Mandatory ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (in HAM, SAM, and Discovery tracks).
