Description

You will manage ServiceNow ITAM modules, oversee depot operations, and handle device provisioning for Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow ITAM and ITSM modules to track asset lifecycles.
• Manage depot operations, including logistics, shipping processes, and hardware intake.
• Execute device provisioning and configuration using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM.
• Troubleshoot device issues and resolve technical incidents efficiently.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in device provisioning and depot operations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS provisioning workflows.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM.
• Understanding of logistics, shipping processes, and mobile device management tools.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow IT Asset Management certification.
