Description

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow ITBM solutions, leading client requirements workshops and managing full lifecycle delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite requirements gathering workshops to define client needs.
• Design and build custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop technical deliverables for configurations and integrations.
• Execute full lifecycle activities including development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of comprehensive experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow ITBM.
• Strong JavaScripting for platform customization (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflow Designer).
• Experience with Table/Form creation and email alert configuration.
• Proven consulting experience leading ITSM or ServiceNow solution delivery.
• ITIL Foundation level certification or higher.
• Experience working within Agile teams and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Admin or Implementation Specialist Certification.
• Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO.
• Experience with Web Technologies including XML, HTML, Web Services, and eSA in a SaaS environment.
