Description

You will design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onsite requirements gathering workshops to define client needs.
  • Develop technical deliverables for ServiceNow configurations and integration development.
  • Execute full lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Build and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of comprehensive experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • 3+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow ITBM.
  • Strong JavaScripting experience for platform customization.
  • Proficiency with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Workflow Designer.
  • Experience with Table/Form creation and email alert configuration.
  • Proven consulting experience leading the delivery of ITSM or other ServiceNow solutions.
  • ITIL Foundation level certification or higher.
  • Experience working within Agile teams, methodologies, and tools.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow System Admin or Implementation Specialist Certification.
  • Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO.
  • Experience with Web Technologies including XML, HTML, Web Services, and eSA in a SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of how configuration management integrates with the ITIL framework.
