Description

You will manage and optimize ServiceNow ITOM modules to maintain an accurate IT infrastructure representation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Accelerate.
• Design and implement automation strategies for populating and maintaining the CMDB using Discovery and other tools.
• Create and customize discovery patterns to identify and classify configuration items (CIs).
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with external IT systems using APIs and orchestration workflows.
• Document all configurations, automation scripts, and ITOM/CMDB processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or ServiceNow administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM administration, specifically Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for customizing and automating ServiceNow processes.
• Deep understanding of Configuration Management concepts and CMDB automation.
• Experience with integration techniques and APIs to ensure system interoperability.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues proactively.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical information to diverse audiences.
