Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, including event/incident workflows and operational data handling.
• Implement and tune AIOps features to improve detection, correlation, and prioritization of operational issues.
• Support integrations and data flows required for ITOM and AIOps use cases, ensuring reliable ingestion and processing.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow customizations (workflows, scripts, and related components) to meet operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, validate changes, and support release activities for ITOM + AIOps enhancements.

Experience Required:

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementation.
• Experience with AIOps and operational intelligence use cases.
• Experience troubleshooting ITOM/AIOps workflows and supporting deployments.
• Good knowledge of advanced ITOM configuration and optimization.
