Description

You will design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ITOM modules to align with business and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Manage CMDB governance, health dashboards, data normalization, and reconciliation processes.
• Configure and maintain MID Servers while troubleshooting Discovery-related issues.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and IntegrationHub.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration (5+ years).
• Expertise in ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CMDB governance and data quality frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and service lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and enterprise tools.
• Familiarity with CSM modules and cross-platform workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
