Description

Design and implement ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions for complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITOM solutions covering CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and Event Management.
• Provide high-level design and technical specifications aligned with business objectives.
• Manage Cloud Lifecycle Management and provisioning across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Configure and customize ITOM applications to integrate with existing enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, reliable technical architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, specifically Orchestration and Cloud Lifecycle Management.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage Discovery and Service Mapping implementations.
• Experience with Event Management and cloud provisioning.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM) certifications.
