Description

You serve as the technical expert for IT Operations Management (ITOM) service delivery.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work mode line is included.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow ITOM using best practices that prioritize configuration over customization.
• Lead process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during stakeholder workshops.
• Advise customers on leveraging standard ServiceNow ITOM capabilities to improve IT processes.
• Support engagement efforts regarding current and future-state IT process improvements.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM configuration.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including Active Directory and Windows Servers.
• Proven ability to define and re-engineer IT-specific processes.
• Experience conducting gap analysis and workshops with key customer sponsors.
• Strong background in ServiceNow IT service delivery.
• Ability to drive technical strategy focused on standard platform capabilities.
