Description

You will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Define CMDB classes and relationships to ensure data integrity.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems including AD, SCCM, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Develop custom patterns, probes, and sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to design and implement improved operational solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PERL, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Experience with web services including REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
• Technical knowledge of network monitoring connectors such as SCOM, Netcool, SolarWinds, or HPOM.
• Strong understanding of Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including IP addressing, firewalls, and ports.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and B2B platforms.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification and Implementation Specialist Certification.
• Proficiency in PowerShell.
