Description

You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM implementations and architect CMDB structures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CMDB architecture, including CSDM models and extensions.
• Configure and customize Discovery patterns, schedules, probes, sensors, and event rules.
• Execute end-to-end ITOM processes including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring systems and external CMDB tools.
• Build custom modules using App Engine and automate processes through workflow administration and custom scripting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Deep expertise in ITOM modules: Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB/CSDM design and management.
• Proven track record implementing ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, Python, and XPath.
• Technical knowledge of WMI, SSH, and SNMP.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting, form/UI configuration, and data imports.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified candidates.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
