Lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, with a primary focus on Service Mapping and Discovery.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and Service Mapping initiatives.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Discovery, CMDB, Connected Operations, Cloud Observability, Governance, and Cloud Insights.
Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow ITOM modules.
Analyze complex IT infrastructures and service dependencies to improve service visibility and reliability.
Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, process workflows, and implementation guides.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM architecture and implementation.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping and Discovery.
Proven experience working in large-scale enterprise IT environments.
Ability to lead troubleshooting and resolution of Service Mapping and ITOM-related issues.
Experience collaborating with platform, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience mentoring junior team members on ServiceNow ITOM technologies and architectural principles.
Knowledge of industry standards for ITOM implementations.
