ServiceNow ITOM Architect/Developer

Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions across hybrid, on-premises, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect ServiceNow ITOM capabilities including Service Mapping, CMDB, and SACM.
• Design and enhance ServiceNow Discovery solutions for hybrid infrastructure.
• Develop, deploy, and optimize new discovery patterns.
• Lead initial deployment efforts to ensure smooth adoption of Discovery capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ITOM solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow environments.
• Proven expertise in deploying and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery in hybrid environments.
• Technical proficiency in Service Mapping, CMDB, and SACM.
• Experience developing and managing new discovery patterns.
• Deep understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Ability to manage discovery across complex, large-scale environments.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery or Service Mapping.
• AWS or ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification.
• Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.
