Description

You will own the ServiceNow ITOM implementation, focusing on ITOM, CMDB, and SACM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB 360.
• Set up Service Graph Connectors to streamline data ingestion.
• Manage the CMDB CI class model, relationships, and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Implement and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Required Skills

• ServiceNow ITOM platform expertise.
• Minimum 3 years focused experience in ITOM, CMDB, and SACM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in CMDB 360 (multisource) configuration.
• Strong understanding of CI class models and CSDM.
• Experience with Service Graph Connectors.
• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
