Description

You will configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM, Service Availability, and CMDB modules.

Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM and Service Availability modules. Develop and support availability calculation logic using scripts and service health models. Design, implement, and maintain CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices. Configure Hardware Asset Management (HAM) workflows and lifecycle processes. Develop REST-based integrations to import and synchronize data from external systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM and Service Availability modules.
• Develop availability calculation logic using scripts and service health models.
• Design and maintain CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices.
• Configure Hardware Asset Management (HAM) workflows and lifecycle processes.
• Develop REST-based integrations to import and synchronize data from external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, HAM, and ITSM.
• Hands-on experience developing REST integrations and managing data imports.
• Proficiency in Transform Maps and designing reconciliation rules.
• Scripting experience for availability calculations and platform logic.
• Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and automation.
• Experience supporting ITSM processes including Incident, Change, and Request Management.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITOM, HAM, or SAM).
• Experience in large enterprise or multi-source CMDB environments.
