Description

You will configure and implement solutions within the ServiceNow ITOM platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the ServiceNow ITOM platform infrastructure.
• Implement Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB functionalities.
• Handle Mid Server Administration, including VM and containerized mid servers.
• Apply Configuration Management principles within the ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow ITOM platform.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Minimum 5 years working within a large IT organization team structure.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, Discovery, REST, SOAP, Javascript, and Active Directory.
• Experience with Mid Server Administration and containerized mid servers.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 concepts.
