Description

You will configure and manage the ServiceNow IT Operations Management platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management.
• Administer Mid Servers, including VM and containerized instances.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage Active Directory integrations and scripting within the ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years experience with ServiceNow ITOM platform.
• Minimum 3 years experience with Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Minimum 3 years experience with Configuration Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, Discovery, REST, SOAP, Javascript, and Active Directory.
• Minimum 5 years working in a large IT organization.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
