Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, with a primary focus on CMDB and Discovery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop solutions within Value Stream Management (VSM) frameworks.
• Mentor other developers and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Produce precise, high-quality technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow ITOM development experience, specifically with CMDB and Discovery.
• 5+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications via REST and SOAP APIs.
• 3+ years of developer experience in Value Stream Management (VSM).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide Script.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting languages.
• ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, or CIS).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
