Description

You will build and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on CMDB, Discovery, and Value Stream Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ServiceNow ITOM modules, including CMDB and Discovery.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement Value Stream Management (VSM) processes within the platform.
• Mentor other developers and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Produce precise, high-quality technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow ITOM development experience.
• 5+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow via REST and SOAP APIs.
• 3+ years of developer experience in Value Stream Management (VSM).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Ability to handle multiple project workstreams simultaneously.
