Description

You will design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions to ensure accurate CMDB integrity and effective infrastructure monitoring.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Design CMDB structures, ensuring data integrity, dependency mapping, and alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Integrate ITOM with external monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, and Splunk.
• Develop automation frameworks and orchestration workflows for cloud discovery and hybrid infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine ITOM processes and implement AIOps concepts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall industry experience with at least 4-5 years focused on ServiceNow ITOM.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Deep understanding of CMDB design, data integrity, and dependency mapping.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITOM best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; ITOM-related certifications preferred.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or Splunk.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Knowledge of DevOps and AIOps concepts.
