Description

You will design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications with a focus on ITOM modules. You own the CMDB integrity, ensuring accurate configuration and governance. You develop AI-driven solutions, including conversational AI and predictive intelligence. You manage integrations with external systems and ensure platform stability.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow applications using Glide scripting, business rules, UI actions, and client/server-side scripts.
• Implement and customize ITOM modules, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Maintain CMDB integrity by ensuring accurate configuration, data population, and governance.
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and enhance workflows using Flow Designer and automation tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and ITOM modules.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the Glide framework for scripting.
• Deep understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts.
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise system connectivity.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and automation capabilities.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and operational workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with GRC and SecOps modules.
• Experience developing AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
