You will develop and manage solutions within the ServiceNow ITOM environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Manage Discovery processes within the platform.
• Configure and operate Event Management features.
• Develop solutions related to Service Mapping.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
• Proficiency in Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Experience with ServiceNow Event Management.
• Familiarity with Service Mapping implementation.
