Description

You will design and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on CMDB integrity, discovery, and event management workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Service Mapping and Discovery processes.
• Manage Event Management and Orchestration workflows.
• Ensure CMDB design integrity and manage dependency mapping.
• Apply ITIL and ITOM best practices to platform implementations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ITOM domain.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Deep understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) design.
• Proficiency with ITSM, ITOM, ServiceNow, and Splunk.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITOM best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM integrations with monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Nagios.
• Familiarity with DevOps and AIOps concepts.
