Description

Design and build sustainable ServiceNow ITOM solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline based on enterprise requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and create ServiceNow ITOM solutions focused on enterprise requirements.
• Implement functionality across ServiceNow modules like Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
• Develop custom solutions using ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages).
• Integrate third-party monitoring tools with ServiceNow ITOM Health/Predictive AIOps Platform.
• Customize and manage integrations for Manager of Manager (MOM) implementations and system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow technical implementation.
• Strong development background with ServiceNow Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically with ServiceNow Event Management.
• Scripting in ServiceNow using JavaScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages).
• Experience with JSON, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Unix/Linux scripting.
• Understanding of SNMP traps and MIBs/OIDs.
• Intermediate understanding of networking functionality and advanced troubleshooting of raw event data.
