Description

You will implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain service mapping and relationship models for accurate topology visibility.
• Develop and troubleshoot event ingestion workflows to support operational monitoring and alert correlation.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with cloud and infrastructure systems to ensure CMDB data consistency.
• Diagnose integration issues, validate data integrity, and improve ITOM reliability.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of experience in IT operations management and ServiceNow ITOM.
• Hands-on expertise with Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Strong working knowledge of Event Management and CMDB.
• Experience integrating ITOM/CMDB with cloud or infrastructure sources.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform configuration.
• Understanding of REST API integration patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Python scripting and automation experience.
