Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions to optimize IT operations and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Design CMDB architecture ensuring data integrity, accurate dependency mapping, and alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Manage ITOM integrations with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios, and SolarWinds.
• Develop automation frameworks and orchestration workflows for cloud discovery and hybrid infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ITIL requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall industry experience with at least 4-5 years dedicated to the ServiceNow ITOM domain.
• Deep practical knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Strong understanding of CMDB design, data integrity strategies, and dependency mapping.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITOM implementation best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; ITOM-related certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Familiarity with DevOps and AIOps concepts.
