Description

You will design and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, ensuring CMDB integrity and effective operational alignment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Design CMDB structures to ensure data integrity and accurate dependency mapping.
• Implement ITIL and ITOM best practices to align IT operations with business goals.
• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure effective knowledge transfer across teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall industry experience with at least 4-5 years in ServiceNow ITOM.
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Strong understanding of CMDB design, data integrity, and dependency mapping.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ITOM-related certifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM integrations with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or Splunk.
• Experience with cloud discovery, hybrid infrastructure management, and automation frameworks.
