Description

Design and implement ITOM solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integration, discovery, and service mapping.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and external CMDB tools.
• Develop and customize patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.
• Integrate ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring, automation, and application management tools via OOB plugins and API methods.
• Manage MID Servers and design/modify forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, and service maps.
• Lead configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances across multiple implementations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Strong understanding of CMDB design, architecture, and the ServiceNow CMDB model.
• Proficiency with web services, inbound email actions, and SLAs.
• Experience with orchestration use cases and 3rd party software integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Cloud Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• ITSM implementation experience and ITIL Foundations certification.
