Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on ITOM modules and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Service Discovery and Service Mapping within ServiceNow ITOM.
• Manage Event Management and Orchestration workflows.
• Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data integrity and dependency mapping.
• Apply ITIL and ITOM best practices across development lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including ITSM and ITOM.
• Deep understanding of CMDB design, data integrity, and dependency mapping.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITOM best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM integrations with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk).
• Knowledge of cloud discovery and hybrid infrastructure management.
