Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, owning discovery, service mapping, and event management configurations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement ITOM use cases including Service Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Configure and customize discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and event rules using OOB plugins and APIs.
• Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, web services, and SLAs.
• Integrate third-party software and enterprise monitoring tools with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Manage MID Servers to support integrations and ensure operational stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM development and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Service Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Proficiency in configuring patterns, probes, sensors, and event rules.
• Strong understanding of OOB plugins, API methods, and web services.
• Experience with MID Server management and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SaaS and PaaS architectural principles.
• Ability to design and modify forms, workflows, and transform maps.

Preferred Skills

• Background in application, infrastructure, or database architecture.
• Familiarity with networking, distributed systems, and cloud computing concepts.
