Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, owning the full lifecycle from discovery and mapping to event management and orchestration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize discovery patterns, schedules, probes, sensors, and event rules.
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
• Integrate ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring and automation tools via OOB plugins and APIs.
• Design and modify the ServiceNow Service Portal, managing domain separation, process flows, and data integrity.
• Monitor system health, usage metrics, and compliance, ensuring robust MID Server management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT industry experience with at least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, Python, WMI, SSH, XPath, and SNMP.
• Experience writing ServiceNow scripts including Business Rules, UI Pages, and UI Macros.
• Strong understanding of application, infrastructure, database, and networking architecture.
• Familiarity with discovery technologies (ADDM, TADDM, UD) and cloud computing principles (SaaS, PaaS).
• Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO configurations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.

Preferred Skills

• CIS certification in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Cloud Management.
• HTML coding and Jelly script experience.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
