Description

Develop and manage ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on discovery, CMDB architecture, and vulnerability management integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow Discovery across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and local data centers using patterns for servers, vCenters, storage, and middleware.
• Extend the CMDB data model to meet specific technical and functional requirements.
• Design and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows for vulnerability compliance and automated remediation.
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs using MID servers, web services, and email.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to translate vulnerability management requirements into technical ServiceNow configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Discovery and Pattern implementation.
• Deep understanding of the CMDB data model and workflow engines.
• Experience with ServiceNow Domain Separation.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
• Experience configuring MID servers and web service integrations.
• Ability to create dashboards, reports, and analytics for compliance metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience administering and troubleshooting deployed instances.
• Ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend technical solutions.
