Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, owning the full lifecycle from discovery to integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB.
• Configure and customize applications using JavaScript, APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Ensure CMDB health through automation, reconciliation, and data normalization processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on ITOM implementation.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers for integrations.
• Experience with Orchestration and Automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Familiarity with CMDB data modeling and data accuracy maintenance.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
