Description

You will develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, managing discovery, mapping, and orchestration across multiple implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and customize ITOM patterns, discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and event rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools using OOB plugins and APIs to automate alerts.
• Implement use cases for ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Design and modify forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, and SLAs.
• Manage MID Servers and support delivery across multiple ServiceNow instances.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Experience with ServiceNow Event Management and Orchestration.
• Ability to integrate third-party software with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in scripting, workflows, and service map configuration.
• Experience managing MID Servers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise monitoring tools.
