Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions to improve visibility and automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Configure patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.
• Integrate ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring and application management tools using OOB plugins and APIs.
• Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, and inbound email actions.
• Manage MID Servers, SLAs, and automate alerts to improve IT operations efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer specifically within the ITOM module.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, SAMpro, HAMpro, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Proficiency in scripting automated processes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Experience with MID Server management and web services.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Ability to implement complex Discovery and Service Mapping use cases.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with third-party enterprise monitoring tools.
