Description

• looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Consultant with hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and MID Server configuration. Responsible for implementing and maintaining ITOM solutions, automating infrastructure monitoring, integrating enterprise tools, and ensuring CMDB data accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization, workflows, scripts, and ITIL processes is required.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure), ITSM integration, and troubleshooting complex operational issues is preferred
