Description

You will develop and administer the ServiceNow ITOM Suite, focusing on visibility, health, and integration capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow ITOM Visibility, including Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Manage ITOM Health and AIOps, specifically Event Management.
• Develop JavaScript scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes) and workflows using Flow Designer.
• Build and integrate web services using GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Configure and maintain MidServers, Client Agents, and Service Graph Connectors.

Required Skills

• 4+ years developing and administering ServiceNow ITOM Suite.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Subflows, and Actions.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management and DevOps tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Docker).
• Familiarity with monitoring integrations (ScienceLogic, Dynatrace, New Relic).
• Understanding of Agile software development processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong root cause analysis and critical issue resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, Developer, Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with ServiceNow AI (NowAssist for ITOM).
• ITIL Foundations Certification.
