Description

You will lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM modules and AIOps workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Oversee event processing rules, transforms, automation, auto-assignments, and integration activities.
• Configure modules to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow components.
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to support IT operations and apply AIOps techniques.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategy, roadmaps, and functional expansions for tool platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Direct experience providing support or consulting for ServiceNow ITOM or similar tools like TrueSight or Moogsoft.
• Strong proficiency with RHEL/CentOS and command-line system administration.
• Ability to construct basic SQL queries using MySQL.
• Technical knowledge of Apache Tomcat, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, REST, JSON, TCP/IP Networking, and JavaJVM.
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours and on weekends as required.
