Description

You will serve as the technical architect for ServiceNow ITOM Event Management within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of new infrastructure products.
• Develop infrastructure architecture roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Oversee the implementation of event processing rules, transforms, automation, and auto-assignments.
• Support platform services, advanced integration, and analytics while building consensus on product design with DevOps stakeholders.
• Design functional expansions for tool platforms and interface with management to assist with strategy and roadmaps.

Required Skills

• Experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Event Management, including enterprise adoption strategies and event integration.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Operations and ITILv3.
• Experience with Predictive Analytics and Infrastructure Automation.
• Background in Platform Services, including Server, OS, Virtualization, Container technologies, and SDDC.
• Experience with Advanced Integration involving Web Servers such as Apache or IIS.
• Proficiency with DBMS and Analytics tools including DB/2, SQLServer, Oracle, Teradata, and Hadoop.
• Experience with Call Center Technologies (IVR, ACD, CTI, Call Routing) and Connected Workforce tools (O365).
• Experience with Workforce Devices, including Mobile devices and Desktop as a Service/VDI.
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex processes and support strategic vision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system and technology integration.
