Description

Design and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions within FedRAMP-compliant environments, ensuring secure and reliable infrastructure management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ITOM suite components including CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Configure Mid servers and handle NERC assets to ensure FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring compliance.
• Develop and maintain integration flows using REST API and SOAP, leveraging scripting in JavaScript, Unix Shell, Windows, and PowerShell.
• Execute unit, system integration, performance, and user acceptance testing across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Design repeatable processes for infrastructure setup and monitoring tools, adhering to Agile/Scrum and ITIL standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation, security protocols, and mid-server placement.
• Proficiency in scripting and regular expressions: JavaScript, Unix Shell, Windows Scripting, and PowerShell.
• Experience with API integrations using REST and SOAP technologies.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Understanding of cloud fundamentals, Windows/Unix administration, and infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage).
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology, and ITIL industry standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools and base platform reporting.
• Background in regulatory compliance handling for sensitive assets.
