Description

Lead testing efforts for ServiceNow ITOM delivery and consulting services, owning the full testing lifecycle from requirement analysis to issue resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test requirements and design system, UAT, performance, and security test plans.
• Implement the Automated Test Framework (ATF) and configure test scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain testing standards, procedures, and automation scripts.
• Validate proposed changes and record issues according to project management plans.
• Collaborate with application teams and clients to resolve testing-related issues.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, maintenance, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and ITSM/ITOM processes.
• ServiceNow CSA and ServiceNow ATF Micro-certification.
• ITILv4 certification.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Angular JS, and Glide.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with WMI, SSH, SNMP, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow components including ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Understanding of CMDB configuration and testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with LDAP, Active Directory, and SUDO.
