Description

You will own the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Develop and implement strategies for ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, and Connected Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ITOM solutions with business objectives.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to Service Mapping and ITOM components.
  • Develop and review technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and implementation guides.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of working experience.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Experience leading end-to-end architecture and implementation of ITOM projects.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience overseeing configuration customization and integration of ITOM modules.
  • Knowledge of ITOM best practices for architecture and deployment.
