Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and administer ServiceNow ITOM capabilities to support IT operations management workflows.
• Maintain and govern CMDB data to ensure configuration accuracy and reliable service mapping.
• Manage Incident Management processes, including triage workflows, assignment logic, and operational reporting.
• Support Problem Management and root-cause workflows to reduce recurring incidents.
• Implement and oversee Change Management processes, including approvals, scheduling, and change tracking.

Skills Required:

• 6-12 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform and ITOM modules.
• Expertise in CMDB administration and service mapping.
• Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
• Knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM) best practices.
• Experience with scripting and automation is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
