Description

You will lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Patterns.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with organizational systems using networking and infrastructure knowledge.
• Translate business requirements into technical ITOM configurations and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Patterns.
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and integrations while ensuring security and data governance compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT environments.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM suite (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Patterns).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Practical knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications in ITOM or related modules.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Scripting proficiency in JavaScript and PowerShell for platform automation.
