Description

You will own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM, HAM, and related modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM and Service Availability modules, including availability calculation logic using scripts and service health models.
• Design, implement, and maintain the CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices.
• Configure Hardware Asset Management (HAM) workflows and lifecycle processes.
• Develop REST-based integrations to import and synchronize data from external systems.
• Support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, and Request Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, HAM, and ITSM.
• Hands-on experience developing REST integrations and data imports.
• Proficiency in Transform Maps and reconciliation rules for data processing.
• Scripting experience for availability calculations and platform logic.
• Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and automation.
• Experience supporting ITSM processes.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITOM, HAM, or SAM).
• Experience in large enterprise or multi-source CMDB environments.
