Description

You will lead the technical architecture, design, and roadmap strategy for ServiceNow implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technical demands against platform capabilities and best practices.
• Define and guide the execution of technical governance processes.
• Develop standards for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model and platform health.
• Design and implement platform operating models to drive end-user adoption.
• Provide thought leadership to define the ServiceNow roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow native development architecture.
• Deep understanding of data governance.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Master Architect certification.
