Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM applications and new platform developments. Own the integrity and enhancement of existing ITSM solutions while driving strategic ITIL transformations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technology environments to identify deficiencies and recommend ServiceNow solutions.
• Own the overall architecture, integrity, and enhancement of existing ITSM applications.
• Review platform changes at design and code levels to ensure adherence to standards and prevent production impact.
• Standardize code management procedures and establish governance for configurations versus customizations.
• Partner with application and technology teams to ensure solutions meet corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience including architecture design, development, and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow components: ITSM, Change Management, Incident Management, and CMDB.
• Proven ability in configuring, administering, and scripting the ServiceNow ITSM tool.
• Experience with technical integrations using SOAP or REST standards.
• Proficiency in C# and Oracle/Postgres databases.
• Solid knowledge of PL/SQL and scripting.
• Understanding of LDAP/SSO server configuration.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CA Business Service Insight, Digital Fuel, Pentaho, or DevExpress.
